Love,sadness, and confusion

Lorelai wakes up feeling an arm around her....Unknowing what just had taken place the night before .thinking that the arm that is around his is lukes she smiles and and turns around to come face to face with chris....

Lorelai: oh my god!
Chris: Good moring...do you want to stay in or go out for breakfest..i know a great place that has the best cof....
Lorelai: STOP!! What Happened Last night?
Chris: U dont rememeber?
Lorelai: well if i remeber would i be asking you? Alli remember is luke and me fighting me getting drunk...and Oh My God...you USED me!!!
(lorelai getting out of bed and trying to get dressed)
Chris: NO I didn't u came here and came onto me
(lorelai already dressed...is walking into his bathroom...chris fallowing)
Lorelai: Either way...u knew i was hurt...u know i love luke and not you!!!
Chris: you told me it was over between you to!
Lorelai: I WAS DRUNK!! (whispering now) did u use protection?
Chris: yes, do u think i would make the same mistake we did when we were 16.
(Lorelai walking down the hall to the door)
Lorelai: yes! You know what i am just going to go!
Chris: let me atleast treat you to breakfest

THeme song and commercial break

Lorelai is on her way driving debating to her self what to do
" should i got tell luke. NO he will just be mad and that will ruin everything! but if somhow he finds out about last night he will think i hid it from him. But who will tell him? i should just go to the diner speak to him and private and tell him everything and how srry i am."

Lorelai drives to the diner...She pulls up right in front of the diner....She looks in the window and sees him arguing with kirk....she smiles...and seeing him makes her want to cry....she just sits in her jeep for a couple of minuets....and the he sees her...Oh crap she thinks to herself knowing that he will expect her to go in....Lorelai gets out of her jeep and walks into the diner and sits at the counter.

Luke: Hey
Lorelai: (can barley look at him without crying) hi
Luke: Whats wrong? do u wanna talk...i mean if it was about last night i am sorry...u were right....and i was..
Lorelai:( interupts him and says) It is about last night...can we talk in private?
Luke: yeah sure come upstairs....(to ceaser) Hey ceaser i am going up stairs for a while.
Ceaser: Okay

THe two go upstairs

Luke: you know i am really sorry.....(pulling up a Chair) here sit here
Lorelai: you sit down...i need to stand.
Luke: umm.....okay?
Lorelai: last night after leaving from talking to you i was hurt i felt like u didnt want to marry me...(talking faster than normally) And so i went home and drank a drank a whole bottle of Tuiquilla (sp) And i got so drunk......and not thinking of what i was doing i got in my jeep and took off..
Luke: OMG you didnt get in an accident did u...no u couldnt have ur jeeped looked fine are u ok did...
Lorelai: Please...let me finish....i took off and as drunk as i was i ended up at christophers.....(luke getting an angry Face) and thats really all i remember cause thats how drunk i was. And this morning i woke up and there i was in christophers bed...and...(starting to cry heavily)
Luke: YOU SLEPT WITH CHRISTOPHER??
Lorelai: Yes i am so sorry i was drunk and hurt.....I am So0o sorry...i love you so much i dont know how i could of done that
Luke: (silence) How could u do that? we were engaged!!
Lorelai: we WERE engaged....I said Now Or never....and u said nothing....U let me just stand there!!!
Luke: I want a wedding i didnt wantt to elope...I wanted rory and april, sookie and jackson, your parents, my sister and jess! i wanted to be there with everyone...all eyes on us...
Lorelai: It was your Idea first to elope

Lorelai: (crying) umm..okay i promise i wont push u not this time....i love you.

Lorelai leaves the diner gets in her keep and drives home

Sookie: So i think that this color would look great in room 18..dont you think?
Lorelai: ( looking out the window) Mm..hhmm sounds great...
Sookie: Honey whats wrong...u have been sulking around all day...
Lorelai: I dont know....i just dont feel good...
Sookie: why dont u go home and take a nap...i will call rory and let her know.
Lorelai: No i cant we have that big conference coming up here at the inn i cant leave....
Sookie: i can handle it here...u look stressed go home i will call rory.
Lorelai: fine..

On the phone sookie and rory

Rory: Hello?
Sookie: Hey Honey it is sookie
Rory: Hi sookie how are u?
Rory: I am fine but somthing is wrong with your mother....She is so Glum.....no energy
Rory: Are you sure your talking about my mom?
Sookie: yea
Rory :she probably hast had coffee
Sookie: she had some...but i dont know it is somthing else.
Rory: Hmm....well i dont have n e classes this weekend so i will drive down there right now

AT the diner

Kirk: I havn't seen lorelai around the diner latley....it sorrta been nice....i usually eat here at the counter so when you to kiss...i think it is nice...u know Lulu and i had our great kisses....
Luke: Are you going to ORDER?
Kirk: Umm.... DO u serve salads?
Luke: are u planning on buying a salad?
Kirk no
Luke: then it doesnt matter does it?
Kirk: fine i will take a cheesburger with out the cheese
Luke: so u want a burger
Kirk no cheesburger
Luke: U want a cheeseburger withought cheese?
Kirk: yes
Luke: (calling to the kitchen) Ceaser one cheesburger without any cheese
Ceaser give luke a weird look.

At Lorelais house Rory gets in

Babette: hey.. Sugar hows your mom
Rory: Umm i dont know i came to visit her...i dont think she idont feeling well.
Babette: from what I have heard....Luke and her broke up for good.
Rory how do know that
Babette: somone told me
rory: mrs. patty?
Babette: yes
Rory: whatver it is it will be fine..but i have got to get inside so i will see you later bye Babette.
Babette: bye sugar.

Rory: MOM?.....(silence).....(She goes up the steps to lorlais bedroom.....)
mom are you here?
Lorelai: Rory? hey hows yale?
Rory: its fine...whats wrong....sookie called me and said u were sick and Babette just told me u and luke broke up for good.
Lorelai: yea
Rory: well....what happend
Lorelai: Its nothing( she sounds sick)
Rory: well when u want to talk about it i am here
Lorelai: ok so...how are u have u heard from logan?
Rory: no i havnt...but he will call soon.
( lorelai gets up from the bed and goes over to the toilet and throws up)
Mom maybe you should go to the doctor
Lorelai: nah prob. a 24 hour bug
Rory want me to get u some junk food? that always helps
Lorelai: no....can u get me some apples and maybe an orange?
Rory: ( she looks at her funny) mom...i have never seen you eat and apple...
Lorelai: I have eaten them....when i was pregnant with you thats all i ate....
Rory: um...Oh my god.
Lorelai i am not pregnant
Rory: MOm ur throwing up...morning sickness....U want an apple....Strange cravings......U are pregnant
Lorelai: i cant be
RORY: want me to go get you a test?
Lorelai.: ( looks at her with a pouty face) Yeah thanks

at the drug store

rory is walking around looking for the pregnancy test......she gets to the isle were they are... she picks it up and walks to the register where she sees luke.

Luke: hey rory
Rory: Hi luke...umm what are u doing here?
Luke: oh i came to get tylonol (sp) i have been getting headches..what are u doing here?
Rory: oh umm.....came to...
Luke: whats that (pointing tp the pregnancy test in rorys hands)
Rory:oh ....i was feeling sick...and i thought i might be uh pregnant..(she sorrta have smiles)
Luke: I see....so this was awkward
Rory: yea....bye
Luke: yeah bye

Rory pays for the test and walks out the drug store and walks very fast all the way home hoping no one stops her.

Lorelais home:

Rory: mom i am home...and guess who i saw at the drug store
Lorelai: um....orlando bloom?
Rory: no luke
Lorelai: o did he say anything?
Rory: yea he saw the test....
Lorelai: o no!!!
Rory :dont worry i told him it was mine
Lorelai: great now he thinks ur a dirty slut
Rory: just get it over with and take the test.

The camera flips back and forth between rory who is in the living room and lorelai who is in the bathroom

Rorys phone rings
Rory: hello
Logan: hey rory
Rory: hey...
Logan: we need to talk

Lorelai is opening the box and she takes a deep breath...and looks at herself in the mirror

Logan: i think we need to take a break
Rory: what why? another girl? you have been there a week and ur replacing me?
Logan : NO it is just these long distant relationships dont work...we will pick it up when we get back ok?
Rory: i love u...(she is crying)
Logan i love you to....i have to go i have a conference.

Lorelai is looking at the test.......it is positve...she is pregnant...she breaks down crying

THe two meet in the living room rory tells her mom what has happend and lorelai tells rory her news....the two hug and cry

Suprises, and More suprises

The episode takes place in Lorelais room. Rory and Lorelai are in bed....moping around....Rory eating junk food( her half of the bed filled with marshmallows,candy oreos, cheetos , and chips. ) Lorelai eating healthy(grapes oranges apples.)

Rory: mom are you upset your having a baby
Lorelai: I am not disappointed, if thats what u mean....i mean it is unplanned so there is gonna be unsureness(sp)
Rory: were u upset when u got pregnant with me
Lorelai: I was scared. out of my mind
Rory: O (she gives out a little sigh)
Lorelai: oh honey i never regreted having you, when i held you for the first time i knew everything would be fine...and look at you know u are at yalE!!
Rory: How are you going to tell luke?
Lorelai: I am not...atleast not yet...not till i know how far along i am
Rory: Well what does any of that have to do with telling him..
Lorelai: well......
Rory: Mom?
Lorelai: well remember when i told about lukes and our fight....and how i told u i came home and cryed

Lorelai: well we did have a fight but i came home and got drunk....and then i went to your fathers

Lorelai: well thats prety much all i remember .....and waking up in his bed naked..
Rory: MOM! first off i didnt need to know that second Did you use protection

Rory: well chances are it is lukes child

Lorelai: I feel so selfish talking about me...when u and logan just broke up.
Rory: i dont want to talk about it.....I mean i never thought it would end up like this.
Lorelai: well maybe once u go back to yale you can talk to paris about this....i am not the best person on break ups....yes i am good and the breaking and the getting dumped part...but the handeling it.....well me and u handle it differently

Rory: not after our last visit
Lorelai:it will be fine
Rory: i will think about it right now lets get u to the doctor to find out how far along and if it is more than a like 2 weeks or so it is lukes
Lorelai: ok but i need to stop at sookies and tell her....

Under the gazeebo(sp)

Lorelai: Ok i am gonna go visit sookie, and ur gonna go to Lukes and get us both coffee and then we will meet back here in 30 minuets
Rory: are you sure u dont mind me going to get coffee?
Lorelai: i dont mind...we need to live right?
Rory: yea
Lorelai: we need coffee to live!!
RORY: ok
Lorelai: dont tell him about me being Pregnant!!
Rory: i know i know!

At lukes

Rory walks in...luke sees her. rory walks to the counter and sits down

Rory: hey
Luke: hey what can i get you?
Rory: umm....a coffee and some pancakes
Luke: coming right up.

(luke brings her a cup of coffee)
Luke: so I hope everything we worked out cause you really shouldnt be drinking coffee
Rory: what?
Luke: with the test and all ya know!
Rory: oh...oh that umm....yea i can drink coffee
Luke: so everything is fine?
Rory: yea. Everything is fine
(lukes hands her a plate of pancakes)
Luke: Here are your pancakes

Sookies house

Doorbell rings

Sookie answers the doorbell

Sookie: hey!! How are you feeling?
Lorelai: Fine now that i know whats wrong
Sookie: Oh come in tell me!
(lorelai walks in and sits on her couch)
Sookie: so0o....
Lorelai: I am pregnant
Sookie: what? Oh my gosh!!! thats great finally you and luke...a big family ahh...it is like a fairytale!!!!
Lorelai: Not really...see we broke up....and i went to christophers
Sookie: o0o No sentence is good with the name christopher
Lorelai: well i was drunk and the next thing i know i wake up naked in his bed...and his arms around me
Sookie: do u think it is christophers
Lorelai: I dont know we are going to the doctors to see how far along i am
Sookie: Did you tell luke about the night with chris?
Lorelai: yes. he didnt take it well he needs time to think
Sookie: o0o
Lorelai: And on top of that rory and logan broke up
Sookie: aww..
Lorelai: just thought you should know....i better be off...we are going to the doctors...so wish me luck.
Sookie: good luck
( lorelai gets up and sookie and her hug )

Back at the diner

Rory: well i better go....i am gonna need one more cup of coffee to go
Luke: Ok
(luke pours a cup to go)
Luke: here you go
Rory: thanks
(as rory is leaving luke calls after her)
Luke: It is for your mother right?
Rory:what?
Luke: the coffee, It is for your mother right?
Rory: (trying to hold back a smile) i dont know what your talking about.
(luke smiles)

(the two meet up at the gazeebo(sp)

Lorelai: THanks for the coffee
Rory: i dont think you should be drinking it
Lorelai: hon, I drank coffee when i was pregnant with you. and look how you turned out
Rory: fine whatever drink it!
Lorelai: fine I won't
Rory: great i will then!!
Lorelai: Ugh evil child!
Rory: i am my mothers daughter!!!

Doctors office:

Lorelai: So how far am i along?
Doctor: well.....your about 4 weeks around a month
ROry: YES!!!

(lorelai smiled)

Outside Lukes diner
Rory: mom you have to go in
Lorelai: i dont want to push him
Rory: this is his kid!!
Lorelai: ok lets make a deal
Rory: ok what is it?
Lorelai: i go and talk to luke and tell him if you go and visit jess

Lorelai: deal or no deal?
Rory: Fine...

Lorelai walks in the diner.....she sees luke and luke sees her.....

Lorelai: before you kick me out we need to talk!!

(they walk upstairs)

Lorelai: well i just came from the doctor
Luke: are you sick?
Lorelai: no...i am..i am...(crying even more)
Luke: tell me...u can talk to me
Lorelai: I am pregnant luke

Lorelai: I am preg....
Luke i know what you said i just cant belive it...so i guess that means it is over between us

Luke: well i imagine u and chris will be seeing alot of each other

The doorbell rings
Rory: hey

episodes is on Rory she is in her room of her mothers house....Just minuets before she had been with jess....she hadt felt the way she did in so long...she loved it....she layed there thinking about how they kissed....and how he held her in his arms....

The camera is on lorelai now.....she is lying in her bed.....she aswell is happy...happy that everything worked out with luke.....happy that she is having baby. She turns around to become face to face with Luke.

Luke: (in a sleepy voice) Hey
Lorelai: hey
Luke: whats wrong?
Lorelai: nothing i am just so happy
Luke: Me too.
Lorelai: get som rest you have work tommorow
Luke: you too.

Next morning....Lorelai and Rory are walking to Lukes.

Rory: so are you going to tell anyone about u being pregnant

Rory: ok...theres miss. patty tell her and by the end of the day the whole town will know.
Lorelai: so soon? do you think it is a good idea to tell everyone so soon? maybe i should talk to luke about it.
rory: dont worry just get it over with!

AT that moment Babette walked through the door

Lorelai: should we wait after the baby to have a wedding? I dont want to be fat in my wedding dress
Luke: maybe we should get married before you start to show.

Luke: maybe you can ask your mom help you plan it...it would make her happier about his whole thing.
Lorelai: oh my god! my mother...i have friday night dinner tonight i have to tell her about me and you and this baby. you need to come with me..Please?
Luke: Sure ceasar can cover for me here
Lorelai thanks i love you and i have to get to the INN

Rory: well yea...i mean i have to admit...it is a little weird...i will have a WAY younger little brother or sister
Lane: oh.....well i think Lorelai is going to be happy...
rory: Yeah she was afraid how luke was going to take it but they are both excited

Sookie: how do you think they will take it?
Lorelai: i dont know...i need to call her and tell her luke is coming...i will be right back

Calling emily

Emily: hello?
Lorelai: hey mom
Emily: oh lorelai hello,hurry up i have a DAR meeting in 30 minuets
Lorelai ok....i just wanted to tell you luke is coming to dinner
Emily: what?
Lorelai: we have some GREAT News
Emily: well in that case i guess we do to.....

Lorelai Luke and Rory are waiting outside there house.....Emily comes to the door..

Emily: Hello girls, hello luke ( she said happily She was wearing a nice red dress)

Rory: grandma i like you dress.....
Emily oh thank you...come sit down....(yelling to the back) RICHARD THEY'RE HERE.
Richard: oh hello luke can i get you a drink? how about a martini?

Richard: I imagine you ( lorelai) will want a martini with 8 cherries

Rory: srry grandma but mother is not finished ( smiling)
Lorelai: (takes a deep breath) Mom umm....Luke and i we're....Pregnant..

Emily: Well.....thats a suprise i am really happy for you two...( emily gets up an hugs lorelai and luke...
Richard( still sitting...he gets up and hugs lorelai and shakes lukes hand)

( Rorys phone starts ringing.....she walks out of the room while everyone is laughing and talking about Lorelai)

Rory: hello?
Jess: hey...
Rory: oh hey
Jess: i was just wondering if you wanted to go out for dinner tommorow night?
Rory: Um...yeah sure i dont have anyplans...
Jess: great....i wanted to know...if it is officially over betwee you and logan?
Rory: Yes it is all over.
Jess: ok.
Rory: i have to go bye
Jess:bye

(Rory walks in the room to find Lorelai and Emily hugging)

Rory: whats going on?
Lorelai: i have a new house...i mean we... me and Luke we have a new house
Rory: what?
Lorelai: Mom and dad got me and luke a house!!
Rory: Oh wow thats great.
Luke: Yea...It is A nice house.
Emily: lets go eat
(everyone is smiling and having a good time)

In Lorelais room....Lorelai and Luke are sitting in bed talking

Lorelai: thay took it so well
Luke: yea.....they did
Lorelai: I think they are excited
Luke: why wouldnt they be?
Lorelai: well we're not married
Luke: but we're getting married
Lorelai: i guess....i am happy.

april: can i tell you somthing( rory nodded) my mom....she is dating this guy...she started dating him to make dad jelous but she fell in love with him....she hasnt introduced me to him....but i heard them talking on the phone....he has a job in paris and he wants me and her to go over there for a year.....but my mom told him i cant leave dad...so the guy said why dont she leave me here with dad and lorelai....and (she started crying) she agreed...she is going to tell luke and me after the wedding....
rory: i am so sorry
April: it is ok...i am in a way happy...i love dad..and lorelai...and i would love to have her as a mom....she is so cool

2 days later
in front of the diner

Rory: jEss!! i have to talk to you....
Jess: okay lets go inside and talk
Rory: no....i cant lets take a walk...(she grabs his hand and they walk to the gazebo taht lorelai and luke are getting married at)
JEss: whats going on?
Rory: umm.....u have to promise me...u wont leave me i am not strong like my mother..
Jess: okay tell me ...baby it is alright u can tell me
Rory: im...im...pregnant
Jess: ( he stands there shock...after 10 seconds he starts smiling and he yells : YES!!

Jess: well arent you?
Rory: yes.....but i dont know if i am ready...
jess: you wil be a great mom....i was going to ask you this after the wedding but i guess right now is the right time..(.he kneels down) Lorelai Leigh Gilmore will you marry me?
Rory: (she starts crying)
(jess gets up)

rory: I am i am .....it is these hormones( they laugh) yes...YES i will marry you.
(they hug and kiss) ( they dont know that mrs. patty and babette were watching the whole thing...they walk over to the diner not hearing the last part of the conversation)
Jess: maybe we shouldnt announce the whole engagment and pregnancy after the wedding.
rory: ok

AT the diner Mrs.patty and Babette walk in.....
Babette:( walks over to lorelau and hugs her) congratulations Grandma
Lorelai: (opens her eyes and smiles she is confused) Whaat?
Mrs.Patty: ( walks over to luke and hugs him) should i say congratulations uncle luke or grandpa...?
LUke: umm....not that i know what u two are ever talking about but what the hell are you two talking about?
Babette: (to mrs patty) o...they don't know

April: I dont want to talk to anyone...(she runs outn the diner and to the Gazeebo)
Rory: She ran off with a guy to paris...
Luke: (angry yelled) WHO?
rory: anna( she whispers)
LUke: (angry now) I CAN;T BELIVE SHE DID THAT...( he sits at the counter and puts his ands over his face feeling bad for april)

April: hi....i am sorry...about the scene at the diner

April: i dont know how i will survive with out a mom...she said she wil be back in a couple of years .....but she wont be.....i want...no i need a mom...

Chapter 8:
It is the wedding day....The rehersal dinner went fine...very smoothly...the only thing that went wrong was lorelais mother did not go....Lorelai did not know why...Emily seemed to be happy for her and luke..but latley somthing was up....

Lorelai woke up she turned around paul anka was i her bed instead of luke...Luke she supposed was very superstition cause he didnt want to see her before the wedding....Lorelai got out of bed and walked downstairs.....Rory was in the kitchen with April.....Lorelai noticed somthing was up cause as soon as she walked in they stopped talking

Lorelai: OK whats going on?

Rory: nothing just talkinig about the big day....are you ready to give yourself away?

Lorelai: well.....when you put it that way yes!!!

April: well....luke came over earlier....he made you some chocolate chip pancakes and some coffee..

(lorelai walks over and gets some pancakes and a cup of coffee..she sits at the table and takes a bite)

Lorelai: mmm....now i know why i am marrying him...

Rory: I wonder if jess cooks?

Lorelai: why having second doubts? well keep your eyes off luke he's mine!!

Rory: Eww....i call him my dad. Your gross mom!!!

Rory: you know i heard he sleeps in the town square naked

(they had a big food fight all three of lukes most important girls)

Later on after they cleaned the kitchen they were upstairs helping lorelai get her dress on ..April walks out and in a couple of minutes walks in. she has a video camera....

April: ok lor..i mean mom, rory....smile and and and wave to the camera

Rory: whats the camera for?

April: It is for the baby...when he gets older....

Lorelai: aww april thats so sweet...okay so let me say hi to my baby ( she turns to the camera) ok hey baby boy....i just want you to know i love you so much...and right now ur in my tummy...and i am marrying your daddy in a little while....and i love you daddy alot...and well....if your watching this...i want you to go to the kitchen right now and make some coffee and drink it right in your daddys face...and eat alot of junk food!! make your daddy proud (she said sarcastically)

April: ok rory you say somthing

Rory: ok....hey baby brother i am rory.....i am your big sister....i am engaged to jess , thats your daddys nephew....yeah weird i know when your older you will understand everything. well i am pregnant...so are already an uncle.....wow.....your making your mom fat!! (she laughs) i love you so much and u can come to me whenever you need somone to talk to. I love you

April: thank you ( she walks downstairs and places the camera on the table and turns it on) Hey i am your big sister april....so...i want you to know how lucky you are. you have a great mom and dad...i grew up with only a mom her name his anna....and months ago i met my dad luke...he is also your dad...i was so happy i had both a mom and a dad...but well my mom left me this past week to move to london..i was sad at first but lorelai your mom is great,...she has treated me like her own...i love you....(she smiles and turns the camera off...

(the doorbell rings)

Lorelai: April do you mind getting that( she yelled from upstairs)

April: sure mom....( she goes to the door It was A well dressed lady with redish hair)

emily: Hello..( she smiles) who are you?

April: O I am april. I am lukes daughter

Emily: O hello is my daughter Lorelai here?

April: yeah sure...come on in...( emily comes in) Mom ( she yells )

(lorelai comes down the stairs looking upset)

Lorelai: mom what are you doing here?

Emily: i needed to tell you somthing

Lorelai: April, rory please go upstairs and get ready....(they go upstairs)

Emily: I need to explain why i wasn't there last night

Emily: i dont care if you dont want to know...i didnt want to know...but it is what it is.....I have Cancer Lorelai

Emily: i have breast cancer

Lorelai: ( she is now tearing) not somthing i wanted to hear on my wedding day...

Emily: I am sorry i just....needed to tell you i am sorry for everything i have ever put you through...and i wanted you to know i approve of you and luke with all my heart. And i know that( she is now crying) i havent been a very supportive mother but i love you ....and i am so proud of you....you did well with rory.....and now your having a son....and your found the right man....And now you have one that isnt even yours and she calls you mom....and i am so happy for you.....I dont say this enough But I love you...alot!!!

Lorelai: ( she is now crying hysterically) I love you too mom!!

(they hug and cry on each other.....The break aprt)


Lorelai: so...mom when did you find out....?

Emily: A couple of months ago...i went to the doctor to talk to him about babys....i wanted to know more beacause i havnt taken care of a baby in a long time...and well i sorrta felt bad...and he insisted he ran test on me seeing that i havnt been to the doctor in years....well he took me aside after he ran the test and explained to me that i had cancer...

Lorelai: o.....Are you going to take chemo?

Emily: well....i considered it...i am not sure yet....somtimes it doesnt work....

Lorelai: yea....mom i want you to be ok...

Emily: should i take the Chemo? your father says yes....

lorelai: yes....it could help...what did the doctor say?

Emily: well he said that he caught it at a good time....that chemo would work

Lorelai: ok go for it...

Emily: ok.....(silence) you look beautiful lorelai...

lorelai: thanks mom

AT the inn.....everyone is already there....Lorelai is walking around the inn...excited .......no one is allowed inside the inn except the women in the wedding......

April: hey Lor- mom um i am going to go outside and film everyone coming....

Lorelai: ok get luke....i want to see how nervous he is ....

April: will do.....(she walks outside....she sees patty and babette)
hey mrs.patty hey babette....i was wondering if you would say somthing to the camera....this is for the baby so say somthing to it.....(she turns the camera on)

Mrs.Patty: hey little boy...your going to be one hott one...with your fathers butt....your going to have to fight those girls off of you....(she smiles)

Babette: hey sugar i have lived next to your mother for a long time...well i know you have 2 great parents!!!

April: ( she turns the camera off) thank you.....

(she turns the camera back on....She walks around interviewing andrew...sookie and jackson and many citizens)

April: ( she walks up to a talk skinny man) Hey your kirk right?

Kirk: yes i am....are you hitting on me cause i dont feel comfortable with that!

April: No iam not...i just wanted you to say somthing to the camera ...the video is for the baby...

Kirk: i dont like talking to cameras it sucks the life out of me..

April: (she looks at him confused) um....sure bye.....

April walks off she looks around she sees her dad he is pacing back and forth ......Oh My God april thought....she sees her mom walking up to look....they look like they are arguing....and then it happens she leans in and kisses him.....THen she sees lorelai....looking from one of the windows of the inn....she walks away not seeing luke push anna away....Anna spots april and runs over to her...

Anna: hey april come one were leaving to paris....

April: i dont want to leave!!

Anna: what do u mean? U dont get a say in what you want i am your mother!!

April: And luke is my father..... and i want to stay with him!! I want to stay with him and lorelai and rory, and my baby brother

Anna: You are not staying here with luke and that slut that you call a mother....

April: She isnt a slut....And i dont want to leave i am staying here...so bye!

ANna: I f you dont leave right now, i will never...EVER come back for you and never visit you!! so dont call me saying you want to come with me...

April: Fine i guess that is a chance i am WILLING to take!!!

Anna: bye

Anna leaves.....so april goes inside to talk to lorelai...she walks in the Inn and she sees everyone around a crying lorelai....no one knows why she is crying rory thinks it is coold feet.

April: Lor- i mean mom dont cry...i know what you saw.....but it isn't what you think...cause i saw it too..but you didnt see it all....

Lorelai: april stop...i know what i saw...the wedding is off...

APril: not yet....is there a tv anywhere?

Rory: (rory points to a tv in the corner of the room) there is one...

April: okay give me a second...(she hooks up her camera to the tv....There you see luke pacing back and forth..)

( A/N-her camera has a good micorphone thing...that works better
than human ears...i dont know what that camera is called though)

Anna walks up to luke

Anna: hey luke

Luke: anna..(he says angry)

Anna: i came to get you and april

Luke: April and I want to stay here with lorelai

ANna: Luke luke luke....you dont know what you want (she pulls him and kisses him..)

They ended up having the ceremony at the Inn...but the reception in the town square....Lorelai and luke are getting under the Thing luke made for lorelai and max( dont know how to spell it ) he sayd he made it for lorelai..and that is what he wanted to get married under...so lorelai agreed....The first person to walk down the isle was martha then davie with the rings....April walked down the isle...then Sookie and jackson....they all made there way to the front...and then rory walked down ....then the music changed...and lorelai walked down the isle...with he mother one side and her father one the other....they reach the front..they go one with the ceremony..and then the big question everyone was afraid of

Priest: If anyone is agaist this marriage speak now and forever
hold there pleace...

( Luke and lorelai both held their breath...a couple seconds went by and everyone was just smiling at them...they let out their breath)


Priest: by the power in me i now pronounce them Mr. and Mrs. Lucas Danes or As An anonymous request Mr. and Mrs. backwards hate flannel shirt danes. You may finally kiss your bride.

(luke knowing who requested the speacial name)

Luke: I Hate you....( he says sarcastically)

Lorelai: Just kiss me...

Luke: Gladly

chapter 9:

At the reception luke and lorelai are walking hand in hand...going up to everyone saying hey.....luke is feeling horrible that they just got married and he thinks lorelai doesnt know about the kiss.....he pulls her away from mrs. patty...

Luke: Hey mrs. danes

Lorelai: Hi ( she smiles and kisses him)

Luke: Wait..(he says pushing her away) we have to talk about somthing

Lorelai: OK talk ( she smiled, which makes it harder for luke to tell her)

Luke: okay, so when i was outside before the ceremony i was nervous...and anna came up to me saying she wanted me...and how she wanted me and april to leave with her...and i told her no...and she, And let me EMPHISIZE SHE .....well...no easy way to say this...she kissed me. I am sorry.

Lorelai: WHAT? (pretending on not knowing about the kiss)

Luke: she kissed me! i am so sorry

Lorelai: if it was so innocent then why are you saying sorry

Luke: i...i..i dont know i just feel bad..

Lorelai: ( she started laughing so hard) Luke it is ok..

Rory interupted them she was uinder the gazeebo....she had a micorphone in her hand

Rory: ok it is time for the toast and since i am maid of honor i will start.... Ok so I am lorelai's daughter as all of you know...and i just wanted to say i am so happy for my mom and luke...Luke has been more of a father than my own....(not knowing that chris is across the street) he was there for me when i was sick...he was there for me when i was hurt ...and when i gradutated....and i know he will be a great father to the new baby..and i know both of you will be great grandparents( rubbing her belly)...my mother was the best mother any one can ask for....we were bestfriends first mother daughter second. I am so happy for you mom....and you too....dad ( rory breaks down crying) I have been waiting for this since i was 10!!! I love you both..thank you..

(she walks down the from the gazeebo and hands the micorphone to jess)

Jess: ok so i am not so great at making speeches...but here it goes.....I moved in with luke when i was 16 He took me in cause i was causing problems for my mother... everyone told him he was crazy....and heck....he was...i caused so many problems....i remember i stole beer from lorelai's and she told me that luke was a great guy....and i asked her if they were sleeping together (everyone laughs including luke) well who would of thought they would get married...Luke and lorelai....and rory...They did so much for me...who knows were i would of been without them...Everyone said i woulddnt make it...everyon except them three.....LOok at me now..I love you ( he starts tearing) THank you Luke, Lorelai, and rory.

CHris: i didnt come to break them up i came to make a speach rory...PLease it is somthing i have to do...(rory backs off) OK not many people may know me I am rorys dad....Me and lorelai go way back....We loved each other very much..(lorelai is in her seat holding onto lukes hand hoping christopher doesnt bring up that night) I have had so many chances of being with her....but everytime i screwed up and broke her heart....And i am sorry lorelai...I know now i lost my chance...and you got your chance for true love.

Chris: really? great...now i just have to talk to rory...i had never heard her yell at me like she did since the time at your parents...except it was worse.

April and Luke are now dancing and Lorelai and jess....Rory and chris

Jess: I was thinking more of marrying her killing her and taking the kid...and taking the money

I know we havn't seen each other since that i night i threw a piece of pie in your face for no reason...well there was a reason....i was trying to tell you i was pregnant but you were so preoccupyed with serving your costumers....we have a daughter her name is april.
i hope you know why i didnt tell you until now...i knew how you felt about kids. And i know how you were really depressed about your fathers death. Your were also very busy with your diner....i was scared that if i told you..you wouldnt help me..and i knew it would hurt less knowing you don't know. Here is a picture of her..she is 6 years old now..she is really smart and beautiful...she looks somwhat like you....I am really sorry.

April: so many times i came to the diner and watched you serve food...and i watched you argue with kirk ( she laughs) I wrote a note to you also...i was 10 when i wrote it...but i never gave it to you cause i was afriad you woudlnt like me. here....(she hand him the letter)

A couple minuets later luke is crying...and he picks april up and hugs her.

chapter 10:

The 3rd Day of thier honeymoon Luke and lorelai wake up....Luke is Next to her smiling at her....They had spent their honeymoon in Jamaica.....They were staying in a private little cabin they rented for the week....It was right on th beach.

Luke: Well....hello Mrs. Danes

Lorelai: Hey...Sleep Good?

Luke: We didn't exactly sleep alot...(he said smiling)

Lorelai: ( she smiles) Dirty!

Luke: Ah jeez.....when will you stop saying that ( he sat up in bed)

Lorelai: when well you top saying Ah Jeez, Man ( she says fooling around in a jamaican accent...lorelai laughs and kisses him)

Luke: (he pulls apart from her..) I am going to go cook breakfast.....

Lorelai: okay..thank you...(she gets up and goes to the bathroom..after a coupole of minuets she gets up and goes to the kitchen)

Luke: Hey...About that thing with anna these pass couple of weeks.....

Lorelai: Dont worry about it....I Got you.

Luke: yeah....April Knew about me scince she was eight!!!

Lorelai: what? (she is shocked her mouth is open)

Luke: Yea...she found a note and a picture of me.. In her attic

Lorelai: a note?

Luke: Yea.( he reaches in his pocket and gives her one of the notes he pulled out..) here i want you to read it

My mother's name is Anna...she has never told me about you but about 2 years ago I found a note to you from her explaining That you were my father. I saw your picture that was in the box with the notes...and I googled your name online..and found out you went to Stars Hollow High...and you were on the track team. So one day i went to Stars Hollow on my birthday hoping to see you when i saw lukes diner...and i walked up to the window..and saw you there.So It was always a tradition on my brithday that i visited you even if you didn't say happy birthday...I always knew i spent my birthday with my dad. Lorelai: I dont know what to say... I feel so bad

Luke: why?

Lorelai: she wanted you and her mother to be together

Luke: I dont Understand why your mad

Lorelai: I am not mad i just feel like taking a walk ( she smiles and then turns around a blows a kiss and walks off laughing)

Luke: Crazy Women ( he mutters to himself...but loud enough lorelai coule here him)

Lorelai: I heard that...(she walks out)

after about 10 minuets of walking up a down the beach...and sitsdown in the sand ....she hears somone yelling for her..knowing it is luke just wanting her to come inside to eat...she ignores him...after a couple a seconds she hears him running to her...she turns around and sees him...he comes up right beside her and pulls her up to her feet.

Luke: Lorelai, Rory just called she needs you to get over there as soon as possible...she was crying something is wrong.

Lorelai: What?

Luke: I dont know....She just said to get back to Hartford...

Lorelai: Hartford? (she thinks for a minuet and quikly runs inside the cabin grabbing all her stuff and packing it...she is crying hysterically)

Luke: Lorelai, calm down this isn't good for the baby. I am sure everything is fine

Lorelai: YOU DONT EVEN KNOW WHATS WRONG...SHE IS SICK...REALLY SICK AND SHE MADE ME BELIVE THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE...SHE SAID NOTHING WOULD HAPPEN...SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS PROUD OF ME...EVERYTHING WAS GETTIG BETTER BETWEEN US.

Luke: ( he is now worried about his crying wife on the floor) Who are you talking about?

Lorelai: EMILY!! MY MOTHER!!

Luke: ( he picks her up and sits her on the coach...and hugs her for a couple of minuets and then lets go ) I am going to pack and get everything into the rental car. we are going to go and catch the first flight back to hartford....and we can call a sookie and ask her to pick us up and drop us off at the hospital...and she can take our luggage back home. Sound good?

Lorelai: yes( she whispers still crying)

chapter 11: IT is shorter

Lorelai is on the phone outside of Hartford. she is calling sookie to come pick them up.

Sookie: Hello?

Lorelai: Hey Sook (trying to keep her voice sounding happy)

Sookie: Hey lorelai, Hows the honeymoon...if you know what i am talking about. ( starts gigling)

Lorelai: Cut short

Sookie: Oh no..Did you and Luke have a fight? ( she asks worried)

Lorelai: No..no..we are fine...he is so great...(she smiles looking at luke sitting at a bench) I have to get to the Hartford Hospital My mother is sick...and i need a ride..i would catch a cab but i have my luggage and i dont want to leave take all of it in the hospital so i was hoping that you could take us to the hospital and just keep the luggage at your house....( lorelai continues)

Sookie: say not more...i am on my way..

Lorelai: THanks so much sookie.

Sookie: No problem. See you in 20 minuets.

Lorelai: Okay...( they hang up)

Lorelai walks over to luke...Luke puts his arm around her

Lorelai: Luke I know how much you hate hospitals...If you want you can just go Home with Sookie.

Luke: no lorelai..I want to be there for you...unless you rather me no be there.

Lorelai: I want you there ( she says quikly)

Luke gives her a hug while she begins to tear up...she quikly wipes her eyes.

Luke: You Dont have to boddle up all these feelings...I know you to well you boddle it all up and it ends up catching up...you dont need to do that..you have me now...I love you Lorelai...You have my shoulder to cry on....I will always be there for you.

Lorelai: I know that...I just want to be strong for Rory and this little one (rubbing her growing stomach) I am Afraid she might Die...i am afriad this little one will never know her...I am afriad...Luke.( she breaks down crying)

Luke: It is okay Lorelai...It is alright to be afraid I am here for you...I-.....( he was about to say i love you when a horn Honked...it was sookie coming to pick them up) I love you lorelai...Sookies here...

LOrelai: I love you too....(she picks up her bags and walks to the car)

Lorelai is in the back seat...luke is in the front passenger seat next to sookie...Sookie looks through the mirror and lorelai is just staring out the window....Luke turns to sookie and she gives luke a sypathetic smile. They pull up in front of the hospital.

Luke: Ok thanks so much Sookie we really appriciate it...

Sookie: It was no problem..

Luke: (he turns to the back seat lorelai is still stairing out the window) Are you ready to go? (lorelai doesnt answer) Lorelai?

Lorelai: what? Oh um....uh..yea sure i am ready. ( she hesitates and gets out the car..she walks out of the car and go sits at a bench...luke stays in th car watching her)

Sookie: Is she alright?

Luke: Well....uh....she is trying to be strong...but i dont know.....

Sookie: Go to her...SHe neeeds you...( she gives luke a half smile)

Luke: Thank you....See you later...

Sookie: Call me if you need me..

Luke: We will..(he gets out of the car and go sits next to lorelai...sookie drives off) Are you ready to see your mother?

Lorelai: ready or not here i come...(she gets up from her seat...and walks inside the hospital to the waiting room...Luke fallows...she goes up to the receptionist) Umm...i am looking for Emily Gilmore.

Rec.: Are you family?

Lorelai: Uh yes...I am her daughter and this is my...husband...(she smiles looking at luke...I love saying that she thought to herself.)

Rec.: Ah...yes go in through those doors( she was pointing to the doors to the left of her) take a left...and she is the third door on the right...room 206...

Lorelai: OKay thanx...Umm...do you happen to know how she is?

Rec.: I do...but i think you should speak with the doctor.

Lorelai: o...umm...okay( she looks a little worried...luke notices that and goes next to her and gives her a hug...He grabs her hand and they walk through the doors they take a left and they are standing in front of room 206...Luke heads in but lorelai lets go of his hand.)

Luke: aren't you coming?

Lorelai: Yea... i will be in there in a sec...umm....i need to go ...uh....over there next to that place...uh next to that thing..ya know.( she hesitates)

Luke: Um...okay..(he looks confused..he walks in the room.)

Lorelai walks down the hall and sits in a bench..She covers her head in her hands...trying to hide back the tears...Just then...Someone sat next to her....a familar voice said hey...she sat up and smiled)

Lorelai: Christopher?

Chris: Hey how you doing? ( A/N: Not sprise guest FYI)

Lorelai: Fine i guess.....i am better than emily i suppose

Chris: She will be fine...Remember evil doesn't die so easy

Lorelai: (thinking about thet conversation before the wedding) Yes...Thats what i am afriad of....(she mutters)

Chris: Are you going to see her?

Lorelai: I dont know....I am not ready yet. Have you seen her?

Chris: Yes for about a couple of miuets...SHe was very tired.

Lorelai: O (she looks down at her hands)

just then luke comes out the door...

Luke: Hey Chris...Lorelai your mom wants to see you..Rory Went to get you some decaf cofffee with Jess...

Lorelai looks up and luke and just nods her head

Lorelai: Where's my dad?

Luke: Umm i dont know i didn't see him there i think he went to talk with the doctor..so you will be in there by ourself....do you want me in there with you?

Lorelai: No..but can you go tell her i will be there in 20 minuets i need to take a walk. ( she gets up and walks off)

Luke sits next to chris

Chris: So...we're friends right?

Luke: Yea...(he turned to chris)

Chris: okay... Thats good.

Luke: yea....i am going to go uh..tell emily...

Chris: Yea...i will..be uh here...(he pointed to the bench under him)

Luke walks off...he walks into the room....

Luke: Hey emily...I am sorry but lorelai needs a couple of minuets to think..i guess.

Emily: Is she alright? (she ask in a sickly voice)

Luke: yes she's fine...just worried

Emily: yea...(silence) Luke?

Luke: Yes?

Emily: I am sorry for everything....I really do think your perfect for lorelai....

Luke: Thanks ( they smile at each other)

Emily: I lied to her

Luke: who?

Emily: Lorelai...I told her i was going to be okay...but i am not....(rory is listening) I havn't told anyone this....but The doctor said i won't make it...(emily is now tearing..luke is just staring at her....Rory runs in the room crying and hugs her grandma)

Rory: Grandma you can't die....you have to be a grandma to my children.

Emily: Rory, (she is crying) Your mother can be a great grandmother

Rory: NO! (Emily starts getting tired)

Emily: Rory: i need my rest...go outside and wait with luke for your mother

Rory nods her head and walks out of the room..Rory runs to the wall crying...Luke fallowns her and wraps his arms around her and hugs her to comfort his daughter....

Rory: Dad i dont want her to die

Luke: i know....she will be fine...

Just then lorelai walks down the hallway jess is standing next to her...Jess goes over to rory and hugs her....luke walks over to lorelai....

Luke: hey your mother is waiting for you...

lorelai just nods and turns to the room...she takes a deep breath and walks in...

Emily: Lorelai?

Lorelai: Yea mom it ...its lorelai ( he voice a little shaky)

Emily: I love you Lorelai....I am so proud of you....

Lorelai: Mom you told me everything will be alright

Emily: I know...I didnt want to ruin your wedding day....i was going to tell you when you came...back but then i figured that maybe it would be best if no one knew since that would be a lot of stress on you and rorys babys....(she takes a deep breath) I am sorry...i didnt want to hurt you

Lorelai: Will you be alright?

Emily just lays there quite...Lorelai asks again

Emily: No....and yes....I will be in a better place.

Lorelai: Mom...I love you...(they hug and cry)

Rory is standing there holding jess's hand when...DUN DUN DUN Suprise Guest walks in....

Familiar voice: ROry are you Okay...my dad called and told me your grandmother was not doing well...

Rory: Loagn? ( rory turns to jess who is not smiling....and she looks at logan who is there with a sypathtic face on...he goes up to rory and hugs her) LOgan let me go...we need...we need to talk ( logan notices Rorys stomach)

Logan: Ace? umm....are you umm.....are you pregnant?

Rory: thats what we need to talk about...when you broke up with me...i ran into jess....(she grabs jess's hand) and well...we're engaged....and we're having a baby

Logan: (he stands there with his mouth open shocked) WHAT?

Rory: I am pregnant!!

Logan: I KNOW THAT BUT YOU CHOSE HIM OVER ME?

Rory: YES....JUst like you chose london over me...U left me I loved you...and you left i would of gone with you but you said no!!! why couldn't i go with you?

Jess: (he interupts) You know what i thought you were over him...but i guess you weren't ( he walks off)

Rory: Jess NO i love you..I am Having your baby...please come back....I love you...

Logan: See is that what kind of husband you want....a husband that just leaves you...I wouldn't do that, ace!!

Rory: YOU ALREADY DID....I dont want you here!!

Logan: ( he grabs her by the hand and pulls her to a vacant room..) DONT EVER LET ME HEAR YOU YELL AT ME LIKE THAT!!!

RORY: LEAVE ME ALONE....YOUR HURTING MY HAND!!!! ( just then luke and christopher are walking past the hall to get some lunch...when they heard yelling) OW!!! (chris looks in the door....and grabs loagn away from rory....rory runs to luke)

Chris: GET away from my daughter ( logan walks off....chris runs to rory and luke) You Okay?

Rory: I am fine....he is a big jerk that screwed things up with me and jess!!

Luke: I will talk to jess....you stay here with your dad....

Rory: thanks dad...

Luke walks out....The camera is now on lorelai....she i sleeping next to emily who is asleep also....beep......beep......beep...beep..beep.beep. lorelai gets up shears beeping getting closer and closer together...she looks up to the machine....BEEEEEEEEEEP......It is a straight line.

Lorelai: mom?....Mom?....MOM?!?!?!? (she shouts.....she runs out the room and yells in the hallway...) HELP!!!!! ( chris..luke and Rory. and jess hear her scream and come running down the hall ...jess was just in the next hallway cooling off with luke.)

Nurses and doctors go into the room after a couple of minuets they come out....they says somthing to lorelai...and she falls into lukes arms crying ...same with rory except into jess's.....Chris sits on th bench covering his face...

Lorelai and Rory...are sitting in the waiting room with Luke and jess across from them.....and chris....sitting next to rory.....They are very quiet...they are sitting there waiting for the doctor to officially announce to them she is dead.. (A/N: that may seem weird considering they already know she is dead..but when my grandpa died we had to be officially told and stuff)

Rory: hey mom where's grandpa? ( she says breaking the slience.....everyone looks up at lorelai)

Lorelai: ( she thought about it a second) I...I.. have know idea....( she sortta looks around the room)

Chris: he told me he was going to go to the office to get some work done (rory looks at her mom her jaw dropped...)

Rory: mom do you think he knows...somone has to tell him..( she has a worried tone in her voice)

Lorelai: yea....uh....i guess i will go call him then ( she gets up and gets her cell out and dials the number...she hated to be the one to tell him...how do i tell my father his wife died....she thought to herself)

Richard: Hello? ( he sounded a little annoyed...and angry)

Lorelai: Uh...hey dad...where are you.?

Richard: I am here at the office is there somthing you need?

Lorelai: uhh...(trying to hold back tears) ...actually yea...i was wondering where the hell were you today...MOM was in the hospital ( were did that come from? she thought)

Richard: I know that i had some things i needed to take care of here..

Lorelai: SO your Buisness was more important than mom?

Richard: No...( he is not getting frustrated)

Lorelai: You didnt even get to say good bye !!!! ( she is now crying)

there was silence at the other end of the phone...lorelai covers her face and hangs up the phone...she crys for a minuet...and wipes the tears and walks to the restroom to wash her face...she looked up at the mirror in the restroom...she sees her mascara had run down her cheeks....she wiped it up and walked out back to the waiting room...but luke had got to her before she could go...he came up to her and hugged her.

Luke: hey are you okay? I am so sorry about you mom ( he says leaning in to hug her again)

Lorelai: I am FINE!! Luke would you just let me have my space..i know we are married and all but i need air...jeez ( she walks off...but luke grabs her back gently)

Luke: lorelai i already told you not to boddle it all in....

LOrelai: I am not boddling it in....SO JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!! ( Luke just stares at her she had never yealled at him) luke please.....just let me be for a while ( she says in a calmer voice and with that she walks away from him and calls a cab to take her back to Hollow)

The car pulls up at her house...she gets out of the cab and walks up and opens the door....she looks around the living room....when she left the house she had put all the baby stuff in living room but nothing was there....she was 5 months pregnant so everyone of course brought her stuff.....she walked to the phone ready to call luke and ask him about it but...then remebered what had just happened so she hung up and sat down on the couch...she put her head in the pillow and cryed.....after an hour passed and she heard the door open....

Lorelai: ( thinking it was luke) Luke....just go to the diner i dont feel like talking...

Rory: MOm it is rory....and we dont have to talk ( her voice was a little shaky)

Lorelai: Oh i am sorry hun, I thought it was luke....come sit down next to me...( she pats the couch )

Rory: Mom.....why did you leave? Did you talk to grandpa?

Lorelai: I dont know why i left...and your grandfather said absolutley nothing
(rory had her hands on her lap and she was staring at them....she had tears rolling down her face...not many...she was trying to hold them back) you know rory, it is alright to cry.

Rory: then why are you pretending to be so strong...You have Luke to lean on....mom, Your pushing everyone away! You said it yourself it is alright to cry! SO CRY!! i know you want to. i know you miss her. ( Rory' was now crying hyserically....she ran to her room and slamed the door....lorelai winced at the slam....she sat there with no emotion in her face...she walked out of the house..and took a walk....she ended up at the bridge ....she sat there with her feet hanging over the water...she sat there for 10 minuets when she heard foot steops next to her

Luke: lorelai?

Lorelai: Luke, I already said i didnt want to talk will you...Get it through your head...

Luke: lorelai i just....( lorelai cuts him off...)

Lorelai: LUKE....ugh just get it through your damn HEAD i dont want to talk to anyone....i dont need you right now....if i did i would go to you....( she wlked right past him)

Luke stands there wondering if he will get her back....mean while lorelai is walking home...she gets home...and rory is sitting on the couch watching willy wonka....rory looks at her mom...but lorelai ignores her and goes straight to bed...after an hour luke walks in the house...he sees rory on the couch asleep she had tear streaks on her face..and had a twizler hanging from her mouth....Luke stops the movie...it was on the part where they are going through the glass roof....he turns off the Tv and picks rory up and carries her to room...and tucks her in....and Kisses the top of her forhead..and whispers

Luke: hey rory....i am really sorry about your grandma..she really loved you...and i know your mother doesn't need me but if you need me i'm here....( he is thinking she doesn't here him since she is asleep...she rolls over facing him)

Rory: I know your always there dad. And mom does need you she has always needed you...she just needs time..

he smiles and gives her a hug...rory kisses his cheek

Luke goes up the stairs and sees lorelai laying in bed with a box of tissues next to her....he picks the box up and puts it on the nightstand and pulls the hair away from her face....He kisses the top of her head

Luke: I love you lorelai ( he whispers)

He goes to the other side and grabs a pillow and walks down stairs and grabs a blanket and lays on the couch....he knows she wouldnt have minded him sleeping in the bed but he didn't want to cause anymore problems

THe next day Luke wakes up early to cook breakfast ...ROry waks up first....she goes to the bathroom to take a shower and she comes back out and Gets some coffee and sits across from Luke...

Luke: Good morning...

Rory: Morning....Did you sleep on the couch?

Luke: uh...yea...i didnt want to cause anymore problems..

Rory: Oh....uh...yea

Luke: SO do you want some pancakes?

Rory: yes please...( just then Rory feels nautious and runs up to the restroom and throws up...she comes back out smiling.....) OKay now i am ready for pancakes...

Luke: ( he looks desgusted) you just threw up and your going to eat?

Rory: yes i am sooo hungry ( she smiles...and grabs three pancakes and pours syrup on them and eats up)

Just then lorelai comes in the kitchen.

Lorelai: Mmm i smell pancakes..(she grabs 4 pancakes and goes to the refridgerator and looks in there....she grabs the mayonaise and takes it to the table)

Luke: are you going to make a sandwich? ( he asks confused)

Lorelai: NO...it is for my pancakes....( she gets a butter knife and rubs mayonaise over her pancakes and pours syrup on it)

ROry and luke look at her with a disguested face as she eats the pancakes

Luke: LOrelai...that is Gross.....I knew you were going to get weird cravings but i mean that is gross

Lorelai: WELL TELL THAT TO YOUR SON!! ( she eats the last bit of the pancakes and walks out the back door in her PJ's)

After 5 minuets she comes back in..

Lorelai: I HAVE TO GET DRESSED!!!

Lorelai storms out the kitchen and up the stairs leaving rory laughing

Rory: YEa.....i wonder what those pancakes tasted like ( she sticks out her tongue) Gross

THey laugh...

Luke: OKay so i need to go get my suit from the apartment and i will be back later on...help your mom out with the fineral planning

Rory: okay...bye luke

Rory gets up from her chair and gets the phone and walks to her room and shuts the door...She calls april since what had happened April was staying with jess at the aprtment.

Jess: Hello? ( gifts and and baby stuff is around him in the backround)

Rory: Hey this is rory..Luke is on his way over there....he is getting his suit whatever you Do dont let him in there....it will spoil the suprise

Jess: Don't you think you should not go on with this suprise considering that your mom just lost her mom.

Rory: I think it will make her happy.....let me speak with april

Jess: OKay ( he holds his hand over the phone and yells) APRIL RORY IS ON THE PHONE ( april coming running to the phone)

APril: Hello? ( jess looks through the closet for the suit while thay talk)

ROry: hey so i guess jess told you?

APril: yea....i am reallly sorry

Rory: thanks....so i was thinking we can sneak out tonight and fix everything up. sound good?

APril: Yea sounds great but when are we going to show them?

ROry: I guess we can take them there after the funeral or later on that night.

April: I say later on that night cause i know your mom will probably be tired after the funeral...

Rory: Yea....okay so i will pick you up tonight at sixish?

April: Sound good...(just then jess calls her from down stairs that luke was there) I have to go...dad's here....

Rory: OKay....bye

April: BYE

APril gets up from the couch and runs downstairs...

Luke: Hey...I need you two to help me out with the diner today..

April: I can help until 6 but then i Have plans

Luke: Oh uh...what plans?

April looks at jess and jess gives her a 'dont look at me look'

APril: uh...me and...uh rory were...uh going...to hang out...( she smiles)

Luke: okay i am going to run upstairs to get my suit

Jess: Oh you dont have to...( he picks up a suit from behind the counter) I have it right here.

Luke: ( he looks at the two with suspicioun (sp) ) okay...see you later...Dont get into trouble thats the last thing we need right now. UNDERSTAND? ( he asks with a stern voice looking at jess)

Jess: Dont look at me...I may come off as a trouble maker but behing that cute smile of hers ( pointing to april) she is BAD!!

Luke shakes his head and walks out the diner..april hits jess in the arm

Jess: what was that for.?

April: For Saying i was up to somthing!!

Jess: I didnt say that

APril: ( she rolls her eyes and walks up the stairs) whatever she yells from behind the curtain.

Jess: Hey your supposed to help out down here

APril: ( she peeks around the diner from behind the curtain leading up stairs) Uh i dont see anyone here.

Jess shakes his head and keeps wiping the counter. April goes up stairs.

It is 5 o clock and rory walks in the diner...she thought she should get away since lorelai had decided to go to work...jess was standning behind the counter she walks up to him and kisses him

Rory: Hey...

Jess: Hey, April is upstairs...your early so she probably isnt expecting you.

Rory: OK....i need you to help us...( jess shakes his head) I can't carry heavy things (rubbing her belly...she is 4 months pregnant) and niether can April she is too small....please we need your help

Jess: ( he looks up and sees her outing...he rolls his eyes) Fine!

Rory: thanks...i am going upstairs to get the small stuff and i am going to carry it out to my car.....we will get the bigger stuff later.... I already hired the painters to paint the room so thats taken care of.

Jess: OK...lets go get those things then...( Jess walks to the door and puts a close sign up. he walks up the stairs and gets some stuff with the girls and walk down and load it up..

after an hour thay have most of the stuff in the car...except the crib, changing table and rocker. they drive to the beautiful big house...that has a little lake in the back yard for luke to fish...and a nice swimming pool in th backyard. They walk up the steps and rory opens the door. Right when you walk in there is the foyer....as you go in a little further there are a set of stairs that go up 7 steps and go up each sides each leading to a hallway on the opposite sides of the house upstairs. They walk of the stairs with boxes....they take the right set of stairs stairs....in that hallway they had master bedroom...and regular room...with the masterbedroom had a batheroom.. They go to the room on the opposite side of the the masterbedroom...and they see a baby blue room....with little fish as a border...they set the stuff down....and rory grabs aprils hands and they walk around to the other side of the house (upstairs still) they pass a family/den that is upstairs...and they get to the other hall....and it has 3 rooms on this side. She takes her to the first room...they walk in and it is a purple room

Rory: This is your room....i was thinking of putting two beds in here for when we want to have sleepovers you and me..or when you want to have your friends over.

April: Oh My Gosh i love that color...( she goes to the door that leads to a deck out of her room)

ROry: See i like this room cause if you ever need to get away from the baby crys... you can set up a lawn chair out here and sleep ( rory smiles)

APril: Thank you so much ( they hug) well we better go help jess.

THey work till 1 in the morning but they got the baby's room set up with crib and all....they made a couple of trips to get the crib..rocking chair and changing table..but it was worth it cause it was a nice room. Rory drives Back home with jess and april. They were going to stay there at the house that night so they wouldn't have to wake up so early to go to hartford...it made things easier...April slept in rorys room with rory and jess slept on the couch...and Luke slept with lorelai....Even though lorelai was still being in her mood.


The Next Morning

Everyone is awake eating quietly at the table...it was very cluttered...they all got dresses in the black clothing and drove to hartford...luke and lorelai in the Jeep and ROry , jess and april in rorys car. They got there...and people who ROry nor lorelai knew came up to them hugging and crying thier eyes out....Even Mrs.Huntzbugar (hehe (sp) i hate Logan HuntzBUGAR) She gave Rory a dirty look...They started the ceremony...and they had a tent where luke and lorelai sat with rory....jess and April decided to stand ...Richard was also there but looked out of it....Chris also stood at the back with Jess and April.

During the ceremony

Lorelai turned to rory who looked pale

Lorelai: Hey hun, you alright?

ROry: yeah i am just hot i guess ( they whispered)

Lorelai: we are almost in November hoe can you be hot?

Rory: SHH!! and pay attention

(silence)

Lorelai turned back to rory after 5 minuets'

RORY: o no!! ( she said looking down at her black dress that was drenched)

Lorelai: What?

Rory: My water just broke

Lorelai: WHAT? ( she asked loudley...everyone stops and looks at rory. jess gets up and goes to her)

Rory: O no....It didn't break....That's....(she couldn't continue)

Lorelai: Oh my gosh thats blood....( Jess Grabs rory and picks her up carrying her to the car.....April follows lorelai and luke to the car along with Chris.)

LOrelai: Luke, You april and chris take the jeep we will meet you at the hopsital. i will go with rory. ( just then Richard comes running to them) Dad we need to get to the hospital...meet us there ( richard nods...THey all drive to the hopsital

AT the hopital Lorelai and rory walk in together while jess parks the car

Lorelai: Sit here while i get a nurse.(she gets rory and sits her down..and walks to the receptionist) I need a doctor NOW my daughter Needs attention now...

nurse: Whats wrong with her?

Lorelai: SHe is 4 months pregnant...and ....I think...she is having a miscarriage (sp) ( lorelai on the verge of tears)

Nurse: OKay go sit down and fill out these papers

Lorelai: HELP MY DAUGHTER NOW!!!! I AM PREGNANT AND I JUST LOST MY MOTHER AND I AM NOT IN THE MOOD TO LOSE SOMONE ELSE..(she calms herself down) PLease help...Please ( she is now crying)

Nurse: OK Bring her to the back....( the nurse comes around and wheels Rory who is on a wheelchair behind the doors...lorelai following) we are going to have to run test U need to wait here.

Jess comes running in...

Jess: HOw is she?

Lorelai : they are runing test ( she is stil crying....luke amd everyone else walks in....and alot of people from the town that was at the funeral...like sookie.)

Luke: Lorelai...( he hugs her hoping she wont push him away) she will be fine...I promise ( lorelai hugs him back sobbing into his chest)

After an hour of waiting and crying a doctor comes out

doc: The Family Of Lorelai Gilmore

Lorelai, Chris, Luke, APril, Jess, And richard walk to the doctor...

Doc: I am afriad i have some really bad news.......

Doc: I am afriad i have some really bad news.......

Lorelai: IS rory And the Baby okay?

Doc: Mrs. Gilmore ple-

Lorelai: Mrs.danes

Doc: I am sorry...Mrs. danes....will you all sit down first.

Lorelai: (she looks at luke and Jess and quikly says) Sit down? NOHING EVER GOOD STARTS WITH SIT DOWN.

Doc: Well i dont have good news...I am sorry to inform you that when you brought Rory is it was too late...I am sorry but she lost the baby....

(silence lorelai just sits there staring at the doctor)

He continued...

Doc: she was too young....I am sorry....

Just then everyone got quiet....A girl....Lorelai thought to herself i just lost my granddaughter..... everyone was thinking about the baby girl to themselves

Lorelai: How is rory? ( breaking the silence..her voice is shaky trying to hold back tears)

Doc: Mrs.Danes i am-

Lorelai: HOW IS RORY (she ask fiercely)( tears are streaming down her face)

Luke grabs lorelais hand and gives it a squeeze....SHe crys into lukes chest as the doctor sits there giving them time to calm down

Jess: Could you cut the sypathetic crap and tell me how my Fiance is...(jess yells at the doctor)

Doc: we were able to save Rory....but-

Jess: ( he is now standing up) SAVE? are you meaning to tell me she almost....(he couldn't come to say that his fiance almost died)

Doc: Yes she almost did...but we were able to save her..like i siad before she got here a little late...she was lucky....there is bad news.

Lorelai: What else is new? (she mutters to herself crying hysterically)

Doc: She maY never be abe to have babys.....And if she gets pregnant she will be at higher risk...But that doesn't mean she can't have kids....it is possible.

Chris: ( he finally speacks up after being quiet) So you not sure?

Doc: NO.....we can never be sure.

Lorelai: can i see MY daughter ( she knows she shouldn't be mad at the docotor since she didn't do anything....but thats just it she though he didnt do anything he couldv'e helped...she tryed to be strong but her feelings luke said would soon explode...like they were righ now)

Doc: not till she wakes....she is unconcois....i will call you all when she wakes...but she does not yet know the news...would you like me to tell her or would on of the family or friend want to tell her...

Lorelai looks over at luke who is staring at his feet....She looks over at chris who is laying back in his chair looking at the ceiling....and she turns to look at jess....she puts a bigger frown on....he is in the corner next to april who is hugging her knees crying...jess is next to her covering his head...he is standning up facing the wall.

Lorelai: (she turns back to the doctor) well when she wakes up i will tell her.

The doctor walks back behind the doors again...Luke grabs lorelai and hugs her hoping she won't push him away again...But lorelai didnt she graciouly excepted the hug and cryed some more in his chest. Just then Jess stormed out of the waiting room....the door slamed behind him...Lorelai lets go of luke

Lorelai: go after him he needs his uncle ( she is wiping off her tears )

Luke: But you need me too.

Lorelai: I do...but i should talk to April...(luke looks over at her and sees her sitting on the floor huging her knees while babette is stroking her head while april crys)

Luke: Okay...Are you sure you dont need my help?

Lorelai: Yes i do but...Jess needs you right now...he lost his baby and almost finace go get him before he gets hurt.

Luke nods his head and goes to april and kisses the top of her head...and he walks out the hospital after jess.....He catched up with him...he is sitting on a bench in a park across the hospital

Luke: Hey

Jess: Hi ( he turns away from luke trying not to show his uncle the tears in his eyes)

Luke: I am sorry...Are you okay? ( he trys to to sounds as sorry as possible)

Jess: Yea I am fine. (he wipes his face)

Luke: Okaay...uh....do you...uh...need to uh....talk?

Jess: NO( he says too quikly)

Luke: It is okay to show your feelings

Jess: I know (he turns to face luke)

Luke: Are you okay?

Jess: NO i am not i just lost my Daughter...and almost lost my fiance. Me and rory had all these plans...we were planning on getting a house in stars Hollow....and she dreamed of everyone walking into the diner eating breakfast all as a big family...we planned on going to festavals..and go watch all the baseball games or Dance recitals that she had....We had EVERYTHING planned....everything ( says again he is now crying)


Luke Gives jess a hug trying to make him feel better....Jess continues to cry for a couple minuets....

Back in the hospital Lorelai Sits in the corner of the waiting room on the floor....april sees her and lorelai signals for her to come sit next to her...April walks over to her and sits next to her

Lorelai: Hey Kiddo (she says trying to hold back tears..)

April: Hi

Lorelai: SO whats bothering you?

April: nothing ( she whispers)

Lorelai: I know somthing is wrong...it is a mother instinct

April: I am losing everyone.... I almost lost rory....she is like a best friend to me

Lorelai: I know what you mean

April: Everything was going great we had it all planned out for you and dad....it was great

Lorelai: What planned out?

April: We did the nursery...me rory and jess we did the nursery at the new house... And Rory even made a room for me too..

Lorelai: A nursery ( she had a smile on her face)

April: yes we were going to suprise you tonight.

Lorelai: O (she sighed)

April reached over to her and hugged her....but they were interupted

Doc: The family of Rory Gilmore.....

Everyone including the town all got up and went to the doctor...

Doc: She is awake but first..(he turned to lorelai) you need to tell her...(turning to the town) in private.

Lorelai nodded and fallowed the doctor down the hall and into a room where rory layed looking at lorelai

Rory: Mom? Hi.

Lorelai: Hey how you feeling?

Doc: I will leav you to alone (he exited the room)

Rory: I feel tired ( she smiles at her mom not knowing whats going on)

Lorelai: We have to..uh ....talk ....(lorelai's eyes welled up with tears)

ROry: Whats wrong? Hows the baby?

Lorelai: Hun, I am sorry they couldn't save the baby

Lorelai and rory sat in the room crying and hugging each other

3 days later Rory was released home....her and jess hardly talk about what happen....well no one talked about what happened. Rory and April were taking Luke and Lorelai to the new house....Luke has not seen it...They show them the whle house the big kitchen and dining room....they went to the pool...april like the idea of a pool....and Luke liked the idea of the lake....Lorelai....like the Big living room...with the big TV so watch movies...Rory and April took them to the nursery

Rory: Okay no close your eyes ( she said smiling)

Lorelai was amazed on how quikly rory was recovering...but rory was not the type to wallow she hid all the feelings..Lorelai smiled and looked at luke who alread closed his eyes..lorelai did the same but peeked a bit.

April: Lorelai....Close your eyes SHUT

Lorelai was caught.

Rory: OKay (she opened the doors she pulled them in the room....) Open your eyes

THey open their eyes

Lorelai: Oh wow It is....IT's wow....

April: Good wow? or bad wow?

Lorelai: Great wow...

Luke went to the rocking chair and sat there. lorelai walked over to the crib....She turned to Rory and April and she hugs them...

Lorelai: Thank you so much





Chapter 15:


Chapter 15

IT has been a week siince the death of Emily...and 2 days since Rory lost her baby.

Emily: Lorelai, I will not let you go to some stupid conert.
( it is a young version of emily and a 15 year old lorleai)

Lorelai: mom IT isn't a stupid conert they are the bangles!!!

Emily: You are NOT GOING! AND THAts FINAL

Lorelai: YOU CAN't CONTROLL MY LIFE. god would u just leave me alone for a while!!!! DO you HAVE NOTHING TO DO BUT TRY TO CONTROLL MY LIFE?

EMily: DO NOT RAISE YOUR VOICE AT ME!!!

Lorelai: I AM GOING TO THE CONCERT...( LORELAI IS WALKING OUT THE FRONT FOOR)

EMILY: ( SHE FOLLOWS) NO YOU WONT!!!

LORELAI: I HATE MOTHER!!!

EMILY STANDS THERE SCHOCK AND BEGINS TO TEAR UP AND SHE WALKS BACK IN THE HOUSE CRYING..

Lorelai wakes up breathing frantically. Her dream was like the day she left her house to the bangles...she remebered that day...and rememberd how hurt her mother looked when she left... THinking back on that day lorelai felt bad...real bad...her hear sank thinking about how she treated her only mother....SHe started crying ...crying like she never had before....Luke woke up hearing lorelai crying... He got up and turned to face her....Her face was read and tears were POURING down her face...he had never seen her like this...he had never seen her close to this. He puts his arm around her

Luke: Lorelai? What wrong talk to me! ( lorelai kept looking at the wall infront of her...she was crying hysterically) LORELAI? Are you Okay?

UGH...why cant he just let me sit here and cry is that so bad

He gave her a hug....SHe didnt return it she just layed there still...only thing moving were the tears falling down..

would he let me go!!!

Luke looked at the clock it was 5 o clock...He Had to go to the Diner....He picked up the picked up the phone to call rory at the apartment above the diner...she and jess were staying there.....

The Phone is ringing at the diner...Rory is in the bed while Jess is on the couch they had been not talking since they lost the baby...Rory gets out of bed to answer the phone

Rory: hello?

Luke: RORY i need you to get down here please....

Rory: WHy ?whats wrong? ( she asks sleeply)\

Luke: i dont know i woke up and you mom is crying...she is crying and i have never seen her like this please come.

ROry: okay i will be there in 5 minuets ( they hang up)

Rory gets out of the bed...and without getting dressed she runs out the diner...and gets in her car....she would of walked but the doctor said she needed to take it easy. In 3 minuets she was in the front yard running through the front door and up the steps....She opened the door to the room without knocking...she usually knocked ever since she walked in on lorelai and luke. She stood at the door....luke was kneeling down next to lorelai trying to calm her down...But she was just crying...and crying..

Luke: Hey rory...i really want to stay but today we have a big shipment and i i need to be there...and i didn't know who else to call and....( was rambling on...)

Rory: Luke it is fine....Go to the diner i will be here....

Rory got on the bed and hugged her mom who was crying....

AFter 15 minuets rory heard luke shut the front door...she guessed he had left....

ROry: MOm? WHat happened? ( no answer) mom? please answer me? ( no answer) okay i am going to get you some water...i will be right back...

my own daughter is as bad as he is......i dont want water i want coffee...i might as well get some sleep

Rory went downstairs and called Lane...SHe knew it was 7 in the morning already and she knew lane would be asleep..but she needed her to run errands for her

Lane: hello? ( she said sleepy)

Rory: Lane, hey i know your asleep but i need you to help me out...somthing is wrong with my mom she can't stop crying and she wont talk to me or luke....can you go rent Willy Wonka...and stop by Doose's and get some junk food.

Lane: Yea....uh...i will be there in about and hour...maybe and hour and a half....i hope shes okay

Rory: Me too...thanks so much lane...bye

Lane: BYe

(they hung up)

Rory went to to kitchen and got some water.. and returned back upstairs

Rory walked through the door and found her mom in the same spot....and had tears stains on her cheek but she was asleep.....Rory put the water on the night stand next to her and layed next to lorelai...and kissed her on the cheek and fell asleep also.....THe Door bell rang at 9...rory got out of bed and walked downstairs....she opened the door...

Lane: Hey i am sorry i was late...there was a thing going on at Doose's...about ( it was about being as nice as possible to rory and lorelai since they both lost two people) well i dont know what it is about....you know taylor...

ROry: Yea...it is ok i was sleeping...come in...

ROry and lain walk to the kitchen to see what she brought....

Back in the room lorelai is still sleeping..

Emily: Lorelai.....you need to be acting your age!! you are 10 years old not 5....get in a skirt....and get out of those overalls!!!

Lorelai: MOM I LIKE THESE OVERALLS.....and plus i hate skirts guys just look up them and see your underwear

Emily: THATS WHY YOU CROSS YOUR LEGS.....( emily goes to lorelai and gives her a pink skirt) put it on...we are having company!!

Lorelai: I DONT WANT TO WEAR THAT.....I HATE THAT STUPID SKIRT I HATE OUR STUPID COMPANY...AND MOST OF ALL I HATE YOU!!!!

Lorelai wakes up sweaty and crying again

Why are these dreams coming now.....

Rory is downstairs talking with lain..when she hears her mom awake upstairs....her and lane walk of the stairs.....THey walk in and see lorelai in the same spot crying again....

ROry: MOm....I thought you were alseep...whats wrong..talk to me!!

why wont you just go back to the diner....go see you fiance i dont need you....ugh what am i thinking...she just lost her baby...and here i am being a jerk. NOw i feel even more bad.

SHe continues to cry more....Lane is sitting on the bed...ROry is next to here mom holding her hand....

Rory: Mom try to get some sleep.

I guess she is right i should sleep.....NO those dreams.....i can't sleep....

Rory: ok....well i am going to put a movie on downstairs.....why don't you come....(lorelai still crying hysterically)

A movie might get my mind off things.....maybe i should go....

Rory: OK mom well we will get the movie ready come down stairs..... Come on lain... ( they walk out)

i guess.....i should get up..

ROry and Lain go downstairs....

Lane: I better go...see you later rory.....I am sorry about your grandma and i am sorry about what happend to you....

Rory: thanks....can i talk to you outside?( afraid her mom might hear)

Lane: YEa lets go....(they walk outside)

ROry: Well ....ever since the incident....me and jess aren't on good terms and well....i got a call yesturday ( she gives her a look)

Lane : from who?

THe camera is on lorelai who is getting out of bed and walking down the steps...

where's rory? she walks to the window there she is with lane.....i wonder what lane looks so confused and about....she sees lane give rory a sypathetic hug ...and sees rory come inside...lorelai walks and lays down on the couch looking at the ceieling

ROry: SO.....you came down?

Lorelai doesnt answer rory or show any sign of emotion to rory...


IT has been 4 Days since lorelai's been having these dreams.....and each time they get worse....they were all painful memories...she tryed to forget and they are now all coming back...She still isn't talking much....she will say hi...and bye.....and if she needs somthing.....but she hasnt told anyone about the dreams....the whole town somhow figured somthing was wrong with lorelai......

Lorelai is up at 6 o clock in the morning she hasn' been sleeping much...she goes to the restroom and looks at herself...she has no make up and has bags under her eyes....

well i dont feel like puting make up so this is how i am going to work

she decided it was time to go back to work...the inn did need her....

She walked through the town ...and as she walked she noticed the town looking at her as she walked...

GOd why are they staring? Ugh .....can't they get a life...

she walks into the Inn ...she walks straight Past Michelle who was going to Annnoy her....she goes straight to her office. She hadn't slept in 2 days trying to avoid the memory dreams....and every time they were getting worse....her last dream was about Chris...and how Emily didnt 'aprove'

I am so tired....i am just gonna rest my eyes...

She lays her head on her desk falling into sleep.

Lorelai: MOM....I am pregnant.

Emily: WHAT?

Lorelai: I am preg-( emily getting up from the couch interupting)

Emily: I HEARD YOU THE FIRST time!!!

Lorelai: Dont yell at me Mom!! ( getting aggitated by her moms schreech)

Emily:DONT TELL ME WHAT TO DO IN MY OWN HOUSE!! ( loreai got silent)
SO whos the father....is that boy in her Math class...or maybe it is the one you flirt with at that coffee shop...

Lorelai: IT is CHRIS's I DONT SLEEP AROUND MOM....GOD!!! AM I SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT?

emily: WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO TELL THE DAR?

LOrelai: THAT YOUR DAUGHTER GOT PREGNANT AND ISNT EVEN MARRIED!!!!

EMILY: I CANT BELIVE YOU LORELAI!!!!! HOW CAN YOU BE SO STUPID?

Lorelai: I AM NOT STUPID MOM.....YOU ALWAYS PUT ME DOWN....(lorelai is getting up from the couch) I HATE YOU SO MUCH MOM......I HATE YOU SO MUCH!!!!! I hate you!!!!

Lorelai is still asleep dreaming...but she is yelling and crying in her sleep

Lorelai: I HATE YOU MOM!!!!

just then sookie walks past her office hearing screaming and crying she runs into the office seeing lorelai's head on her desk and she is crying and yelling

Sookie: LOrelai? ( she runs next to her seeing that she is alseep ) Lorelai wake up....

Lorelai wakes up seeing sookie next to her she covers her face and crys into it....

Sookie: Lorelai whats going on? Everyone in town is worried about you....(no answer) Lorelai you can tell me i am your best friend...

Lorelai: ( she looks up at sookie and hugs her and crys)

Sookie: Are you going to tell me whats wrong?

Lorelai nods.....and she tells her the story about all her dreams

Sookie: ANd they are getting worse? (lorelai nods) Look hun...you have to talk to luke he is soo worried...please talk to him...( lorelai sits there and after a couple a seconds nods)

Chapter 16:


Lorelai walked through the town...She was going to finally talk to Luke what has been bothering her...April who was staying at the diner with rory and jess went to science camp for a week so luckyly she is missing all the drama lorelai is putting on...She walked past the gazeebo and towards luke's..She stoped at the window and looked in...She saw him ...and he saw her....she walked to the door but just stood there

GO lorelai, One step two step...Go!!...

Luke looked at her and laughed to himself

should I go get her? Nah she will come in when she is ready

SHe finally opened the door and walked in....She saw that Luke was Pouring some coffee for Mrs. Patty He turned around....

Luke: Hey ( he smiled )

Everyone was staring at the two of them....People heard rumors they weren't talking but that hadn't seen lorelai out in the town...so they were seeing first hand if they were talking...

Lorelai: ( she gave him a smile ) Hi...uh....can we talk?

Everyone in towns heads turned to them

GOd why are they looking at us? Lorelai thought

Lorelai: (she pointed up ) Upstairs?

Luke: Yea...sure come on.... ( they walk upstairs Leaving a silent room of Town Citizens)

As soon as they left the diner was filled with talk... Upstairs the two are seated on the couch

Lorelai: So....( she said looking at her hands)

Luke: Uh...you asked me to talk? ( he laughed a little and looked into her blue eyes)

Lorelai: Yes i did ( she laughed too) So...first things first....I am sorry about Pushing you away..i didnt mean to i just needed time to let everything sink in...( he nodded..she continued) And i know my behavior has been a little odd...( she stopped to look at him) Can i have some water? Before i continue?

Luke: yea sure

He got up and got some water for her....he returned to sit next to her

Luke: Here you go ( he handed her the glass she took a sip and put it on the table)

Lorelai: Okay so....where were we? ( she thought) Oh yea my behavoir...well it started about 5 days ago ( looked at her hands) I had dream...

Luke: A dream? ( he looked at her confused)

Lorelai: well nightmare i guess....no not a nightmare....it is more like a ........memory...yea thats it.....Ok so When i was sleeping i had a dream...or a memory...It was of me when i was 15 and i wanted to go see the bangles...but my mom wouldnt let me so we got in a HUGE fight and we yelled at each other...and i told her to not controll my life and she told me not to yell...and i...I...uh..I TOLD HER I HATED HER ( she is tearing now)

Luke: Oh...but this really happened?

Lorelai: Yea....and Ever scince that night everytime i go to sleep i have these memorys coming back and they hurt...I have had one where we argued over her leaving for paris for a week and leaving me with a nanny, and one where she got me drinking, ANd there were so many and each time i Yelled at her that i hated her....( luke sat there looking in her teary eyes listening) ANd then I just stopped sleeping ..Which i know isnt healthy for the baby....So i tryed to take a nap at work...andi had the worse memory so far! it was when i got pregnant and she is yelling at me on how i was so stupid and i am yelling and crying that i hate her...and these dreams are affecting me so much....i didnt want to talk to anyone...they made me feel so ...so guilty on how i treated her...and i never said sorry....she told me that she was proud of me...she told me everything i wanted to hear her say to me....but i didnt tell her i was sorry...and now i feel guilty...And i know this isnt healthy crying and not telling anyone...and i am afriad this will affect the baby...and i just feel so overwhelmed with everything....I just.....( she couldnt finish it she broke down crying into lukes arms)

Luke: I know...It is okay...Everything is going to be alright...(she pulled apart)

Lorelai: Even if everything is alright i never got to say sorry....and i should've....it is just for all these years those memorys i tried to forget....i knew they were there i just didnt want to remeber them...And the worst part is....Our baby will never Have a grandma...She was so happy...she even bought a crib to keep in her house...and she was making a nursery so that she could babysit...and she took classes.....and she will never have the chance to even hold him.....or look at him...

Luke: Sure she will she has the big Lorelai Picture screen on 24/7

Lorelai: Why would she watch me she hates...she always has ever since i got pregnant....or maybe even before...i wasn't the daughter who dressed up in pretty dresses and pranced aroun like i was queen....she hated me luke!!

Luke: NO she doesn't ...she said she was so proud!

Lorelai: That was the medicine talking.....She hates me!

Luke: If she hated you so much...why did she buy you a house?

Lorelai: I dunno ( she muttered)

Luke: At the hospital when you went to take a walk me and your mom had a talk...do you want to know what she said? ( lorelai nodded wiping away her tears) SHe said that we were perfect together...she HID HER SICKNESS SO THAT OUR WEDDING WOULD BE PERFECT.....She loves you....she loves Rory....and she even loves me....thats why she bought the house for you.....she loved you and she was proud for you

Lorelai: ( lorelai nodded tears came out of her eyes) Luke?

Luke: yes

Lorelai: Why am i such a screw up? I got pregnant at 16...I ignored you for almost a week...and i hide my feelings....and i had countless relationships that never work....and...

Luke: ( his heart was breaking hearing this from her...he knew she was never a screw up....he interupted) YOU are not a screw up....You were NEVER a screw up....yes you got pregnant at 16...that was a blessing .. Look at rory....she is a great person.....And about our situation....you just lost your mom and grandaughter is is understandable....and your countless realtionships...they all brought you closer to me....( he kissed her on the cheek)

Lorelai ( she smiled and it wasnt a fake smile....it was the first smile she had in a week) I love you...so much...You always make me feel better

Luke: Thats what i am here for...

Lorelai: And the coffee

Luke: What do you say we go downstairs and i whip you up a big burger

Lorelai: I'd say that sounds great.....( she smiled...she still wasn't back to her self or she probably would have said somthing dirty)

THe town people were still there even after an hour of waiting to see what happend....Even more People gathered there....Rory was even there...she didnt know what was going on..but she had gone there for a burger...

Mrs.patty and Babette where taling at a table next to th counter to where rory could hear..

Mrs.patty: I bet they wont come down for another 2 hours....i bet their up there doing more than talking...( they both laughed rory turned around and glared at them)

Lorelai sat next to rory and luke went behind the counter...but rory didnt know that.

Rory: I dont want to hear about my mom's sex life!!! ( she said with a stern voice to the two ladys)

Lorelai and luke looked at rory...who turned around...Lorelai was blushing

Rory: Hey mom....

Lorelai: SO you, Patty and Babette had a nice chit chat?

Rory: NOt really ( she said looking back at them.....Mrs.Patty seemed to be checking out Luke flipping a patty in the kitchen)

ROry Looked back at lorelai who both started laughing

Rory: Mom....your happy what happend?

Lorelai: Oh well i talked to luke about what is been going on with me and he understood...and that helped not totally but its a start

Rory: well whats wrong? nothing with the baby right?

Lorelai: no..(she looks around the room...and people are starting) Tell you at home

ROry looks around the room and catches on...she nods her head...Luke brings them two burgers

Luke: SO rory, where's jess?

(no answer..she just looked down at her food)

Lorelai: Rory hun? Did you hear Luke?

Rory: Uh yea...i heard you dad...uh...jess...he ( she glanced around the room...everyone is busy eating) he uh...left

Lorelai: Left? Left where? ( she looks at Rory's left hand where the ring USED to be) Where your engagment ring?

Rory: Uh.....can we talk about his outside?

Rory walks outside to the gazeebo she sits on bench waiting for them....Lorelai turns to luke and nods...they noth walk out the diner hand and hand... they sit next to her on the bench

Lorelai: SO....?

Rory: Well yesturday morning i woke up ( A/N:keep in mind they are staying in diner) And i went downstairs looking for jess but couldn't find him..so i went back upstairs and found a note...It just said he needed time to think and he didn't know when he was coming back..and we would keep intouch...and never sleep with my engagment ring..so i went to the nights stand where i left it and it was gone...so the engagment is off...( rory is crying now)

Lorelai gave her crying daughter a hug....Luke however sat there in rage...

HOW COULD HE DO THIS!!! NEXT TIME I SEE HIM I WILL KILL HIM!

lorelai noticed lukes anger..and shook her head and gave him a 'calm down' look....He loosens up..

Luke: Rory i am really sorry....this past couple weeks have been hard but they will get better...

Rory just noded..

Rory: Uh....i am going to go to lain's we are gonna hang out

Lorelai: okay bye hun, ( rory left lorelai and luke sitting on the bench) well i bet my hamburger is cold now...(she smiled at luke) can you make me another?

Luke: NO!

Lorelai: Okay....do you have any icing?

Luke:yea...WHy? ( he gave her a confused face)

Lorelai: to put on my burger silly ( she got up and walked off)

Luke: Eww ( he followed her)

ONE WEEK LATER : things have cooled off things are gettig back to normal...The three Lorelai, Luke and Rory are going to pick up april at the airport ....everyone had things on their mind.

How are we going to tell her about her favorite cousin leaving Rory thought to herself

Should i tell her about my meltdown...the town will probably end up telling her anyways.... Lorelai thought

Luke was just sitting there anxious to see his daughter after a week.

April comes out the double doors that people usually come out of when they are exiting a plane...she sees them and runs to them...

April: HEY GUYS!!!

Lorelai: Hey april...how was the trip?

April: GREAT...i felt bad having such a great time when you and rory were having a hard time though....

Rory: O no...i am fine ( trying not to sound like she is faking it)

Luke: SO....did you get smarter?

Lorelai: How is that possible ( she says hugging april)

(they all laugh)

April: so...were's jess....dad did you make him stay and work at the diner? ( she sayed laughing...but she stopped as soon as everyone lost the smiles on their faces and they looked at rory) Whats going on?

Rory: uh...i dont know how to tell you...uh....Jess....he left...

APril: where? ( she said confused)

Rory: I dont know...he left...

April: oh i see....he left like my mom did? ( she said angrly)

(everyone grew silent)

April: I thougt he was nice but all he is a BIG jerk!

Rory: He is coming back..he need time

Everyone grew silent....everyone knew that what rory said wasn't true..even rory knew taht...

Lorelai: Uh..lets go home....i was thinking we start moving into the new house..

Luke: Yea...sounds good...

April hugs Rory....and walk behind luke and lorelai who are had in hand...and rory who has her arm around april..and the other arm carrying her suitcase..

Rory April, and Luke They all have boxes in their hands carrying in stuff

Lorelai: Come on people!! faster.... ( she says to all of them)

Rory: (rory turns to her and glares at her) I hate you

Lorelai: B-b-b-but i thot oo wuv me? ( she says in a kiddy voice with a little frown on her face)

Rory ignores her and walks up with stairs with april to help april set up her room

Rory and april have already are in April purple room... All the furniture is already set up.....she has it pretty much decorated...april is just putting pictures on the wall...of her...ad her friends...and she has one of her and her mom...

Rory: so i guess your room is finished

April: Yea i like it....( april smiles looking around the room but when she sees rory she quikly frowns)

Rory: whats wrong?

April: nothing i was just thinking

Rory: You wanna talk about it?

April: ( she looks at rory ) no, i just feel bad jess took off like that.

Rory: To tell you the truth things weren't going so great...i mean we changed since we were 17....and this is my last year at yale...And i can't handle problems so...i guess it turned out for the better

April: what of he comes back ( they are now sitting on a bench they put on her balcony)

Rory: If he comes on...i would already have moved on....

April: oh ok...( she smiled and got up) I am going to go help downstairs with dad...i am sure lorelai is Bugging him( they both laugh) are you coming?

Rory: I will be down in a minuet ( she gives her a fake smile. april leaves rory sitting on the bench)


Rory sits there for a couple minuets thinking trying not to cry...and gets up and goes down stairs

Lorelai: Well scince everything is unpacked he decided to o fishing with april in the backyard

ROry: Yea....i will ask her about it....SO they are out back fishing...like with slimy fish

Rory: Well the dance marathon is coming up.....And i need a partner. ( luke buds in)

Luke: ( not catching on ask defensivley ) WHO?

Rory: Luke dont worry...she got a handsome stud to be her partner ( rory can tell he is getting confused) You are her partner.

April gives out a big laugh

Luke: Oh NO! You tell your mother I will not Partake in her silly dream of defeating Kirk in that stupid pointless dance contest.. (he gets up) better yet i will Go tell her


Luke goes and walks in the house april and rory fallow...He walks to the couch were lorelai is

Luke: I will not be your silly Dance partner

Lorelai: (she looks at rory) Luke...please ( gives him a pout)

Luke: No...PLus You are 6 months pregnant you cant dance for 24 hours...it cant be healthy

Lorelai: What if the doctor says i can...

APril and Rory start to laugh....Rory's Cell goes off.....Luke goes back out to the lake

Rory: Hello? ( the person on the other side of the phone says hi...ROry eyes widen at her mom and april)

Marty: I am fine...So Sorry about your baby

ROry: Yeah u told me that last time you called remember?

Lorelai gives rory a 'who's that look' but rory just puts up her hand meaning hold on

Marty: Yea i was just going to be passing through stars hollow next weekend and wanted to know if you wanted to meet up...me you and your fiance...we can go eat dinner or somthing

ROry: Oh...uh....Hold on a second somone....is uh...on the other line

Rory puts him on hold and turns to april and her mom

Lorelai: NAKED GUY IS CALLING YOU?

Rory: I will explain later....yea he called last week to say sorry about..the baby...but now he want me jess and him to go out this weekend he will be here for the weekend....

Lorelai: O...wel tell him about jess....

Rory: I dont know...i mean me and jess broke up...maybe he will ask to go on a date

Lorelai: well do you want to?

Rory: I dont know...i mean we have always been just friends

Lorelai: well if he asks just say that you want to be friends..but can still hang out...O and i have an idea...he can be your dance partner!!

ROry: hey marty...uh i need to tell you somthing

Rory: Its ok...i am fine....so...uh...your coming these weekend:?

Marty: yea...we can still go out if you want...i mean if you dont i understand

ROry: well i have this dance marathon to go to...if you want to go with me i dont have a partner

ROry: OK i will call you back with the details...bye

They hang up


Lorelai and april are there shocked

Rory: What?

Lorelai and april: Nothing...

Lorelai: So....want to go pick a fight with kirk and tell him were gonna kick his scrawny little butt?

Rory: no...i better get back to yale....i have a class in the morning

April: And i better go to my room ...and uh....study...
i shouldnt lie to lorelai or rory but if i tell them about my boyfriend they will tell dad...and dad..he wont be happy

Lorelai: Aw...come on!!!

APril: Sorry...(she runs up the stairs to her room)

Rory: Yea sorry....tell dad i said bye ( she kisses her mom on the cheek and runs out the door)


April's cell rings as she is clinmbing into bed

April: hello?

James: Hey april...I was wondering if your going to the dance marathon.

April: Oh yea...my sister and her friend are going to be in it...and i think maybe my uh..step mom...and my dad are to...

James: I didnt know you had a step mom..

April: actually she is more like my mom ( She smiles)

James: Oh cool...well i am going but i dont have a partner...so...do you want to go with me?

APril: Uh....yea...i have to ask My mom.....and see what she says but i think it will be alright

James: Cool..see you tommorow at school

April: ok...bye

April hangs up and then calls rory

Rory: Hello? ( she says sleeply)

APril: Sorry did i wake you? I can call back tommorow

ROry: no it's fine whats wrong?

April: Oh nothing bad...but my friend....I guess he is my boyfriend...i dont know he likes me and i like him..well anyways he.....just asked me to go to the dance marathon as his partner...

Rory: That great april...

April: But ...Dad

Rory: Oh thats not good...i remeber when my boyfriend dean and i broke up he Got in a fight with him

Monday Morning

April and lorelai and luke are in the new house in the kitchen eating...it is pretty siilent

April: Uh...Last night one of my friends asked if i would be their partner for the dance marathon ( trying to not make it sound like a guys asked)
